SOUTH AFRICA — A resident of Uppington, Northern Cape has released footage of what some believed to be a dogman creature.
The footage, about 3 minutes long, shows a pack of dogs and a human-like figure running on four legs.
The person uploading the video said he was driving in his vehicle when he noticed the strange figure.
A person from the area told Cryptozoology News the alleged creature is a local man known as Philip Oliphant, a 19-year-old whose claimed loved for dogs made him behave just like them.
The Dogman is a cryptid reputed to live in the northwestern quadrant of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, although other sightings have been reported in different locations, such as Kentucky. The beast was first reported to have been seen in 1887 by two lumberjacks, who described it as having a human body and a dog’s head.
In 2015, Christina Dela Parker, author of 100 Bigfoot Nights, told Cryptozoology News that a few Dogman and Bigfoot beings roam around her United States property and was able to gather a video of one of them. She described the animals as being the size of a man with pointy ears placed on the top of their heads. Their bodies were reportedly covered in a brown patchy hair and had “human-like fingers with thick claws”
The Northern Cape is South Africa’s largest province and has a low population density.

very strange & interesting. just goes to prove how grainy footage can turn anything into a cryptid…..
Strangely,at the very moment when the thing could have been caught as a close up the camera pans away…most revealing.
In the close up you can clearly see it is a bear. For a few frames you can see the head with characteristically bear ears, then you see the back leg which also looks like a bear.
(Edit) This comment is for the second video. The one in the woods, not the crazy guy on four legs.
I wonder if anyone takes him for a walk ?
