34-year-old Brett Smith Told Cryptozoology News he was driving home from work on the road between Jefferson and Hurricane when he spotted the creature at about 2:15 a.m. yesterday.
“I saw it for about 45 seconds,” claimed the federal employee.
The Bigfoot-like creature, he added, was about “8 feet tall and was walking upright”.
“It was black and very hairy, like an ape, with tall long arms. It was huge,” Smith said.

The mailman was driving home from work when he spotted the hairy ape.
Last month, a Michigan State Trooper claimed he regularly sees and feeds Bigfoot beings in the Cascade Range of Washington state.
In 2015, a police officer in Alabama said he saw a similar creature. Earlier that year, a retired police officer from California made similar claims about an encounter he reportedly had with the creature as a child.
The cities of Jefferson and Hurricane are connected by the US-60 W and the I-64 W and they are about 26 minutes apart by car.
The mailman said he had never seen anything like it.

1 star for no sketch added by witness come on thatâs the least you can do… if he saw it for “45 seconds” then he could very well sketch a detailed one.
A sketch would have been helpful.
I live not very far from there, maybe 2 hour at most, I can tell ya one thing and thatâs that Bigfoots live in WV!
