Two Women See ‘Bigfoot’ After Florida’s Hurricane Hermine
CEDAR KEY, Fla. — Two women in Florida claim they saw an unidentified bipedal creature last year.
The two sisters said they were driving in daylight north of Cedar Key one week after hurricane Hermine on September 11, 2016 when they spotted the bigfoot-like creature crossing the highway. The surrounding area was reportedly flooded with standing water as a result of the hurricane.
“We were just coming out of the curve when we saw it. It turned to look at us, then it disappeared into the woods,” the sisters told BFRO investigator Sybilla Irwin.
The eyewitnesses described it as a large 8-foot-tall creature with “grayish and black hair”.
“We were about 50 yards away from it,” they said, estimating its weight between 500 and 700 lbs.
The sisters believed the animal was an old, matured subject.
The Florida women reported turning their vehicle around to go film the area where they claim to have seen the creature. This footage was not included in the BFRO report.
The sighting was also reportedly communicated to the Levy County authorities via cell phone. According to their claim, the person on the phone “was not surprised at all” about the alleged encounter and said that an officer had been previously sent to investigate the area due to a similar incident.
Cedar Key, formed by a few islands, has a population of 700 and suffered devastating damage during the 1896 Cedar Keys Hurricane.

I’d prefer you stop calling bigfoots an “animal”. no animal walks upright with humanlike foot prints. a “creature” if anything is more suitable. nobody knows what it is exactly, so to confidently call it an animal in all your posts is a bit biased.

Elusive Hominid is the term our government scientists use for the creature they insist does not exist.

Actually Tim you’re incorrect. We humans are animals, we are mammals and what are mammals? That’s right, animals. So, therefore Bigfoot can be considered an animal.

you missed the point. are you dense or illiterate?
Bigfoot CAN be anything, hence my point that there’s no possible way to call it ANYTHING other than a “creature” due to there being no definite proof providing us with ANY evidence classifying their existence as an ANIMAL species. are you still lost?
it could be an ALIEN, a SPIRIT, a NEW undiscovered species entirely. THUS why confidently & solely calling them “animals” as if we have proof to go by is utterly problematic.
good ridden.

Tim, you fucking lunatic. If it’s alive, and it isn’t a plant, then it’s an animal
