Man Claims Bigfoot Encounter in Michigan
LIVONIA, Mich. — A Michigan man says he and his family came across a “huge” ape-like creature in Wayne County.
Christian Charette told Cryptozoology News on Sunday that he was walking in the woods near his house in Livonia when his nieces and nephew pointed out the alleged creature.
“They told me to look. I looked and couldn’t believe what I saw,” said Charette about the late Spring encounter. “It was huge.”
The man described it as an 8-feet-tall biped with “long black” hair.
“It had no neck,” he added.
The purported sighting reportedly lasted about 1 minute. Charette did not present pictures or videos of the incident in his report.
In 2014, BFRO investigator Jim Sherman recorded audio of a “Sasquatch howl” in central Michigan.
Livonia, located in the northwestern part of the county, has a population of 96,000 and Zippia ranks it among one of the nation’s happiest cities.
